Why a set rather than separate items?
A set knitted from a single skein has the same colours and the same stitch in every piece. With variegated yarn, where the stripes form irregularly, you simply can't achieve that consistency by buying items separately. That's why the sets were designed as gifts from the outset.

What are warmers?
Warmers are short knitted sleeves worn on the wrists or ankles. In the Molaczka set, a stretchy stitch keeps them in place without pinching. They're a nice extra for in-between seasons and for wearing at home.
How to wash a knitted set
Hand wash the set in lukewarm water with wool wash or a mild detergent, without wringing. Press the water out in a towel and dry the pieces flat. Once dry, fluff up the pompom with your fingers. You'll find more gift ideas in my guide on choosing a handmade gift.
