Description
I knit both pieces from the same chunky yarn, so they match perfectly. A bold cable runs up the hat, and the wide turned-up brim protects the ears well from the wind.
The mittens are warm and comfortable – easy to put on and take off. The set makes a great winter gift.
Care
Hand wash in lukewarm water with a mild detergent, without rubbing or wringing. Press out the water in a towel and dry flat, shaping by hand, away from radiators.

I make every piece by hand, so the stitch pattern and shade may differ slightly from the photo. That isn't a flaw – it's a sign that the item was made by hand, not by a machine.
